DISCUSSION

Receiver– We experience redemption as we receive the love of the Father, the grace of Jesus, and the power of the Spirit through desperate dependence in prayer. We continually grow in grace, holiness, and selflessness — not only for Jesus but with Jesus.

  • When life feels overwhelming, where do you usually turn first for help or comfort?
  • What does “receiving from God” look like for you right now—easy, hard, or unfamiliar?

Learner– We study God’s word together, speaking and hearing truths in grace, engaging in spiritual practices together and encouraging each other toward next steps in our discipleship journeys.

  • How has God’s Word shaped or challenged you in the past?
  • What keeps you from engaging Scripture —time, confidence, or distractions?

Giver– We use our time, talents, and treasure to love and serve our families, one another, and the world. We offer refuge and welcome Jesus-followers and unbelievers of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic spheres.

  • What gifts or abilities do you think God has given you—whether obvious or still developing?
  • Where is God inviting you to give of your time, presence, skills, or resources?

Worker– We work with dignity since God made us for work. We work hard, we play hard, and we rest well. We know that these rhythms do not happen by accident, so we work to plan them.

  • What would it look like to work as someone who knows they are loved by Jesus?
  • Which rhythm is most out of alignment right now: work, rest, or play?

Influencer– We pursue resurgence for our islands as we listen, learn and lean into the culture. We’re the “salt of the earth” and the “light of the world” as we seek the salvation of our ONE MORE and the transformation of our islands.

  • How has God used people in your life to show you the love of Jesus?
  • What fears or assumptions keep you from sharing your faith?

Worshipper– We seek Christ’s renown in all we do, pursuing excellence by pointing all attention to him rather than ourselves.

  • Where do you find it easiest to forget yourself and focus on God?
  • What changes when you see your everyday life as worship?

NEXT STEP

  • Which pathway do you sense God inviting you to grow in right now?
  • What is one step you can take to grow in that area?
