Come to Jesus (Revelation 22)
“They will see his face…” (Rev. 22:4) This chapter opens on a renewed world. Jesus is reigning on Earth. Satan and all those who insisted on harm have been defeated. With them gone, there’s no more pain, suffering, grief, or death. God is literally living among His...

It’s great to meditate on small sections of Scripture, but we also need to experience the whole sweep of the biblical story. That’s why we’re challenging the Harbor Church Fam to read or listen to the entire Bible in 2022.
This 5-day plan allows for two days off per week, to catch up or to pursue other spiritual disciplines. It includes both Old and New Testament passages each day for greater variety.
It also covers the text of the Bible in the order the events happened (except Job). This means different Psalms come at appropriate moments in the life of David, the books of Kings and Chronicles are paired, and so on. This helps set passages in the Bible in their historical context.
Also, we encourage you to use an Audio Bible for this challenge. Why? You’re more likely to stick with it. Reading four or five chapters a day for a year can become more duty than delight, but listening to the Bible immerses you in the Bible. It forces you to slow down and hear things in the Bible you never noticed when you were rushing to read it.
We highly recommend the Dwell Audio Bible app. Simply tap Plans, then scroll to the 5-Day Plan. For a free option, you can also simply click on the links on this page to access each day’s passages (click the speaker at the top of the text to listen to the audio version).
It’s our prayer that God will draw you deeper into his word, and closer to his heart, in 2022.
