• Why did God have to send Jesus to rescue us? (We couldn’t rescue ourselves. Our sin separated us from God.)
• What would it tell you about our sin if we could rescue ourselves? (our sin isn’t that bad, isn’t that big of a problem)
• What does the cross tell us about God? (His love is big. He makes things new. He pursues us because his love is bigger and better than sin. He is generous and full of grace.)
• How have you seen God’s generosity and love in the life of our family?
