Starting this Sunday, our church will be celebrating Advent along with millions of Christians around the world. It is a time of waiting and preparation, as we prepare for the second arrival of Jesus by remembering his first arrival.
As part of our celebration, we’ll be looking at how the Israelites anticipated a Savior. In the tabernacle (and later temple) they worshiped in, there were many symbolic structures and details that pointed forward to Christ.
